Vice President (Green and Sustainable Finance) - Structured Finance Department (Job ID: 3900)

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute green and sustainable finance (“GSF”) transactions as a product specialist
• Build and strengthen relationships with the different external stakeholders of the market (e.g. ESG rating agencies, banks)
• Perform due diligence for GSF products
• Provide tailor-made solutions to the client for GSF products
• Stay up-to-date with the GSF market development and the evolving regulatory landscape
• Attend key industry events as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with minimum of 2 years of relevant green and sustainable finance / structure finance/ ESG consulting experience
• Proven track record in arranging GSF syndicated loan transactions and acting as the GSF advisor would be a plus
• A proactive individual who seeks improvement for higher productivity/performance for the team and processes
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
