Vice President (Green and Sustainable Finance) - Structured Finance Department (Job ID: 3900)
Responsibilities
- Originate, structure and execute green and sustainable finance (“GSF”) transactions as a product specialist
- Build and strengthen relationships with the different external stakeholders of the market (e.g. ESG rating agencies, banks)
- Perform due diligence for GSF products
- Provide tailor-made solutions to the client for GSF products
- Stay up-to-date with the GSF market development and the evolving regulatory landscape
- Attend key industry events as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience with minimum of 2 years of relevant green and sustainable finance / structure finance/ ESG consulting experience
- Proven track record in arranging GSF syndicated loan transactions and acting as the GSF advisor would be a plus
- A proactive individual who seeks improvement for higher productivity/performance for the team and processes
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
