Develop a structured and effective performance management framework at branch and sales network
Evaluate branch and individual sales performance and improve sales efficiency and uplift productivity and customer centricity by implementing various initiatives
Study and review customer’s entire wealth portfolios and work with frontlines on deep dive portfolio analysis to ensure appropriate solutions and services are provided
Create efficient mechanism to enhance customer centric and highlight customer needs and to shape behaviour intended for building a reliable salesforce team to attain sustainable business growth
Work closely with different stakeholders on devising sales strategies aimed at improving sales productivity and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects in relation to frontline staff
Job Requirements
Degree holder or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience with proven experience in sales planning and performance management
CFP / CFA qualification preferred
Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
