Responsibilities:
Business development of institutional investors to achieve private fund sales targets
Build up strong sales team to develop new clients to grow revenue and AUM
Lead all aspects of fundraising
Institutional client relationship management
Develop sales strategy and expand market share with institutional relationships by driving growth across our full product suite
Creating, identifying, advancing and closing new business opportunities in a manner that leads to the successful achievement of robust activity and sales targets
Provide monthly feedback of actual verses target for the team to monitor sales performance and to suggest improvements
Requirement:
At least 5-10 years of working experience in Sales / Customer Relationships within Asset Management and Securities Service
Have connections with Institutional Investors / PI / Family Offices
Securities Placing (ECM or DCM) , Secondary Public Offering or Private Fund Sales experiences preferred
Positive, proactive and able to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and external clients
Proven track record with results driven attitude
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
