ESC Systems Project Analyst
Regional Project Analyst for EMEA ESC Projects. Includes governance, project management methodology, and risk management associated with projects. Host project working group meetings and provide feedback to key stakeholders on project status.
Additionally, participation will be required in key projects, programs and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the ESC organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead major initiatives such as multiple module implementations, system upgrade projects and other ESC Systems related initiatives.
  • Act as a primary SME to design "to be" processes and obtain necessary buy-in from the respective products.
  • Ensure end to end process is considered, taking a cross functional approach to involve members of other groups where appropriate.
  • Manage projects independently.
  • Liaise with business project and program managers in other functions or regions.
  • Follow up Project Status to ensure delivery to time and cost deadlines.
  • Help to prioritize issues and workload, using criteria such as time saving & business impact.
  • Raise awareness of local issues at a regional and global level and implement global solutions where applicable.
  • In some projects act as coordinator, in others take action as appropriate, as directed by the ESC EMEA System Implementation Lead.
  • Review systems, processes and controls to ensure optimum efficiency and security is maintained.
  • Continually looking to the five key drivers to improve service levels and improve the control environment:
    • Organizational optimization
    • Economies of scale
    • Standardization where possible
    • End-to-end process improvement

Qualifications:
  • Min. 3 years employment in multinational / shared service environment OR 5 years regardless of the field
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Must have strong Project Management skills
  • Teamwork

  • Ability to work under pressure, with short deadlines
  • Advanced communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
