ESC TPU Operational Standards and Governance Analyst
The Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Third Party Utility (TPU) Operational Standards and Governance Analyst will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of global operating standards and procedures, the administration of change management controls, and the design and testing of ESC's enterprise tools to facilitate consistent and optimal delivery of TPU's Book of Work services to Citi stakeholders across the globe.
This role operates within the TPU organization and reports to the ESC TPU Operational Standards, Design and Testing Manager, particularly in the areas of designing standardized processes, writing and instituting procedures, and monitoring the change management process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the TPU Operational Standards, Design and Testing Manager to develop and maintain standard procedures for TPU Book of Work activities
  • Monitor TPU's adherence to global operating standards, inclusive of compliance with procedures, tool utilization, and assessment and gap remediation methodologies
  • Support the TPU Change Management process to ensure appropriate review and impact analyses are conducted when a change to existing operational standards and procedures is requested
  • Assist TPU Operational Standards, Design and Testing Manager to liaise with ESC Systems to ensure TPU's short- and long-term technology requirements are well understood and prioritized, including participation and contribution to the development of design and testing frameworks
  • Support the design and development of interim tools to facilitate, document, store, and report on TPU Book of Work activities performed
  • Support the development of progressive training modules and approaches, and maintain guidance and other reference documentation
  • Support TPU Governance, Tools and Program Management team to implement productivity and continuous improvement programs
  • Develop strong relationships with TPU Site teams and key Citi stakeholders
Knowledge/Experience:
  • Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, risk management and controls, and tool design and testing. Direct experience with Third Party risk management highly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
