Department Overview
Enterprise Business Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.

About the Role
You will manage and provide strategic direction to the treasury technology team at Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology team in India and focus on engineering & domain resulting in increased ownership/ accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple teams across HYD and BLR with direct responsibility for Business Analysis/Development Teams and indirect responsibility for QA/Support
  • Meet business & technology objectives including SLAs and project milestones
  • Proactively manage risk including deliverables, operational issues through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.
  • Partner and work effectively with CoEs like Quality Engineering, Cloud, & Architecture
  • Actively drive Improvements/Effectiveness/Innovation

Essential Qualifications
Approx. 15+ years of experience, of which at least 8+ years in technology leadership roles in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
  • Demonstrable success in creating and driving effective technology teams in global business environments.
  • Practical experience and understanding of
  • 6+ years of Big Data experience
  • 8+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 5+ years of agile software development techniques
  • 8+ years of source/version control tools experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing, DBA & Exadata
  • Hands-on experience in working with Hadoop Distribution platforms like HortonWorks, Cloudera, MapR
  • Expertise in newer concepts like Apache Spark and Hive
  • Detailed knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and Hadoop Common
  • Designing web services for swift data tracking and Querying data at high speeds
  • Work with Hadoop Log files to manage and monitor it
  • Prior experience working with senior level tech executives is a must
  • Prior working experience with Risk/Compliance/Finance domain is required
  • Experienced in process improvement and quality frameworks.
  • Proven capability to identify, recruit, develop and retain right talent
