Department Overview
Enterprise Core Services (ECS) group is within the Enterprise Information Technology business and a critical component of the Enterprise CIO operating model aimed at providing common, consistent, and foundational software services and solutions to be used across technology at Wells Fargo. The group includes the strategic development and support of core information management services including data technology blue print, common data services, customer relationship management services and customer due diligence services to be leveraged across all technology teams in Wells Fargo. Additionally their Cloud enablement services is another strategic priority to re-engineer of a significant portion of Wells Fargo's large and complex application portfolio.

About the Role
You will work as part of the Automation COE team to: Design and develop automations using RPA tools like BluePrism and/or UiPath. Guide and manage the RPA development team.

  • Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analyzing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
  • Responsible for designing efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable unattended Blue Prism design standards
  • Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
  • Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
  • Providing guidance, Training and up skilling the development team as required Capturing, sharing implementing the best practices
  • 70% for new automation development - 30% L3 support & Lead the team

Essential Qualifications

  • Extensive (2-3 years) experience in implementation and delivery of RPA tools like Blue Prism and/or Ui Path.
  • .Net experience (VB.NET/C#/ASP.NET) with at least 6 years of experience for development work in .Net technologies.
  • Sound knowledge in Distributed Application Architecture, 3/N-Tier & Client-Server Architectures
  • Good working knowledge of SQL database and OOPs Programming.
  • Ability to think out of the box to design, build and implement solutions across various business lines
  • Minimum 8 to 14 years of experience in leading a team of trained resource, solution design, delivery
  • Well versed with Architecture and Design Principles
  • Certification in Automation tools is an advantage
