Team Lead-Bus Analyst IND
Responsible for system administration, business production support, design and build of new templates and functionalities on systems supported within the team. Solve organizational information problems and needs through identification and analysis of requirements, creation of project and process specifications, design and development of the output. Responsibilities
Work on process improvements and complex projects in identifying business and system requirements, creating project and process specifications for new and/or enhanced systems and drive quantifiable results through facilitating interaction with the business unit.
Support and solve a variety of complex system and system-related problems for the business unit and liaise with technology peers, as it relates to business requirements, technology, in addition to design, development or implement systems.
Perform and/or support system administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Change Management - Maintenance and Monitoring of the applications - Install and upgrading of software - Back-ups and archives - Configuration and trouble shooting - Maintain documentations (new user's guide, policy and procedure documents, disaster recovery plans, administrative procedures, user access) - Help and educate users - Base-lining and application capacity monitoring
Gather business information and incorporate information into project plans with project manager or lead. Provide timely update and accurate documents and communication to project team through life-cycle of change.
Performs other duties as assigned and developed.
Attend / conduct team meetings, leader's regular meetings, trainings, coaching, leading initiatives for the business and other admin responsibilities associated to the team and function. Required Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong communication skills (written / oral), interpersonal skills & strong decision making abilities
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers, staff and business partners
Sound knowledge of Capital Markets (esp. Securities, Funds, and Forex Markets)
Experience in reporting function for at least 5 years with excellent problem solving and strong analytical abilities
Strong hands-on experience with VBA and SQL Preferred Qualifications
People management skills
Experience on accounting & reporting tools - GIM E3, SSRS, Portstat, MoneyMate & VRS
Process Improvement experience
