Time Series Reference Data is one of Credit Suisse key systems for calculating and providing Market Risk data. Its task is to gather, validate, organize and provide high quality market risk information to consumer applications. We seek for a L3 Support Engineer to join our team who provide technical support for the application and suite of services associated with it. You will also cooperate with release manager and software developers.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
· Handling production and non-production support tickets, ensuring compliance to SLA's.
· Liaise with different teams for testing/deployment and application maintenance
· Cooperate with other internal teams owning tools and providing services
· Work with release manger, business analysts and software developers
· Raising change requests, support releases, updates and maintenance
· Make required configuration changes in production, QA and dev systems
· Monitor and support test infrastructure
· Advise on changes to production environment to avoid future issues and to streamline its operation
· Share knowledge with less experienced team members

After initial period you may take advantage of flexible work schedule allowing for some work to be done remotely.

TSRD Application

TSRD is high availability, cluster-powered, fail-safe data processing system with responsibility to provide reliable and best quality market risk data to other bank systems. Its accuracy and responsiveness are crucial to the successful operation of other systems. It is 3 tier, multi component/technology, high availability system, 1.5M lines of code, 3TB data volume, 1.5M transactions daily.

Application is well developed and maintained, proper structure and clear split of responsibilities between teams give transparent work environment. You will gain valuable experience working with a complex and high-availability system in corporate environment of one of the biggest financial institutions.

· 5+ years of experience in similar position
· Experience with handling tickets based on priority
· Aware of release/change process on Non-PROD/PROD
· Knowledge of working in support team and responsibilities (L1/L2/L3)
· Basic Unix command knowledge to navigate on servers
· Practical knowledge of Linux/Unix systems/hardware
· Intermediate proficiency in SQL including query construction and PL/SQL scripting
· Higher degree education
· Good English communication skills
· Willingness to work in flexible hours if needed

Additional Nice to Have aspects-
- Some experience with build automation tools (e.g. Maven, Ant, Gradle or similar)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. SVN, Git or similar)
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipeline
- Bash/python scripting skills
- Java knowledge
