We Offer The APAC Technology and Change organization is responsible for the engineering and support of technology solutions, implementation of change programs, and the associated change, design and data governance for the APAC Division.
Role Description:
  • A multi-year, multi-location, large-scale, technology transformation program to enable a simplified & renewed Booking Platform solution for one of Credit Suisse's leading divisions with:
  • capabilities to seamlessly integrate with strategic Front Channels and integration with existing group/corporate systems
  • cover functionalities (within or through integration with other strategic systems) for client reporting
  • tax/regulatory reporting & data management/analytics
Role Responsibility:
  • You will lead a role in India for Core Platform Engineering, accountable for talent build-out, operating model transformation and India PB business liaison and platform ownership.
  • You will build-out and lead the PB Core Platform team in India
  • You will take ownership of the India Finacle Platform from a MtB and ongoing book-of-work
  • Core Platform IT face-off for the India Business for all platform related mandates and regulatory/compliance related topics
  • You have an experience in booking-platform/core-banking products and rollouts along with an experience in technology transformations and delivery
  • You will be required to manager diverse set of teams, leading cross-locational dependencies and ability to influence varied seniority across technology and business departments.

  • You hold a bachelor or Master degree in Technology or Business disciplines.
  • You have a substantial (15+ years) experience in complex global environment, with 8 to 10 years in a Senior Engineering Lead role, managing diverse teams, large development services organization and multiple internal/external business partners
  • You possess knowledge and understanding of current cutting-edge practices in software development and deep understanding in delivering projects with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing managed onshore/offshore engagement models with vendor partners and building competency centers.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry and financial IT systems with shown delivery and management experience.
  • You possess strong leadership quality and ability to craft and execute against a strategy.
  • You have a consistent track record of accomplishment in driving organizational change with strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships in a multi-cultural environment across all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant for large complex financial institutions.
  • Well versed in working in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities and should be able to handle communication with business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes.
