  • Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, following standard processes for development, testing and deployment.
  • Ensure quality of the work you're doing by using standard methodologies such as TDD, automation testing, CI/CD.

You Offer

  • You have 6-8 years of experience superb Communication & technical skills on Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA, BAM, BPM.
  • You have deep understanding on Oracle SOA suite 11G and 12c including BPEL, Human Workflow, Business rules, BAM, Mediator, Oracle Adapters, WebLogic Application server, JDeveloper and Oracle DB
  • You are familiar with Agile
  • You have deep understanding of ALM processes in an Agile environment
  • Web Services
  • You have deep understanding of OO principles.
  • You demonstrates experience of using Design Patterns (advantages and drawbacks)
  • Configuration management experience
  • You have understanding and exposure to Test Driven Development
  • Experience of continuous integration
  • Experience in leading small to medium size teams and handling people
  • Strong leadership experience particularly in handling vendor teams, providing L3 support for the region
  • Interaction with change teams, business users and PM/BA teams
  • You have strong communication skills both oral and written at team, client and management levels
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile practices and underlying processes
  • Meaningful investment banking experience
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and Decision-Making attitude
  • Good prioritization and time management skills
