Performance Center administrator and support Analyst
We Offer
Opportunity to own/lead the performance testing tools across the enterprise and influence other enterprise testing tools & processes
· Global role that serves as a single point of contact and resolution for all user issues, process and all tooling aspects related to performance testing
· Partner with the IT divisions and their respective testing leads to set standards and direction for performance & testing tools in general
· Coordinate a multi-regional effort to deliver strategic initiatives in line with the global test management requirements
· Acquire a deep understanding of testing tools, and able to articulate, discuss with colleagues, peers and all levels within the testing and the development community
· Be exposed to senior test managers / stakeholders and provide a platform to develop and shape the direction of testing tools

You Offer

    · An IT degree, 10+ years testing experience with at least 5 years of Micro Focus Performance Center tool administration/product management activities
    · Strong experience in performance center product software life cycle management (rollout/upgrade of newer version to users) and a deep understanding of the ecosystem from tool integration perspective
    · Support L0/ L1 teams in resolution for all end user related issues, infrastructure issues and escalate tool limitations to vendor for prompt fixes/resolutions
    · Proactive life cycle management of underlying infrastructure of performance center tool and mitigate infra end-of-life issues.
    · Adequate knowledge of open source testing tools like Jmeter , Gatling &VCS systems like SVN and GIT
    · Strong scripting skills (VBscript, JavaScript, Perl, Shell scripting) & VBscript is preferred
    · Adequate SQL, database skills preferably Oracle with user level skills in Windows / Linux Operating system
    · Knowledge on Quality Assurance (SDLC, CMMI, Six Sigma..), development (Agile -Scrum/XP, Waterfall) & DevOps
    · Proficiency in (.NET C#, HTML. ASP.NET)
    · Develop tool direction from product roadmap of CS tools, vendor releases and capacity
    · Ensure that problem management, incident management and change management procedures are in place and consistent with that of CS policies
    · Look for opportunities to constantly innovate and take remedial actions on root causes of recurring issues, automate manual processes..
    · Maintain consistency of knowledge and training and documentation are kept up to date
    · Communicate tool strategy , road maps, release schedules and manage stakeholder expectations
