My client, a European Financial Services Giant, is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join its Investment Funds Application team. Senior Java Developer, Cork, Hybrid, up to €80,000 + bonus and industry leading benefits

With my client, you will be shaping the blueprint for a critical part of the services they provide, designing, building and operating the technological infrastructure for their company. As a part of their Java development team, you will be working on an application based on Java & Java EE/SQL/Spring/Angular/GIT & JIRA.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

4+ years of practical experience with standard and enterprise Java applications
SQL database experience
GIT version control experience
JIRA issue tracking experience
Practical Frontend experience (Angular, npm, webpack)
Spring experience (Framework, Boot, Security, Data, Integration)

Experience with the following is a plus:

Javascript, Jquery or Bootstrap
Maven, Lombok or Liquibase
UML usage, design patterns
Jenkins, Sonar integration tools
Oracle database and PL/SQL or MySQL
Knowledge of Junit, Mocking Frameworks, Cucumber
