POSITION PURPOSE This role is a core part of the intent to build a local digital marketing model that complements the existing global model. The role of the digital marketing specialist is to facilitate quicker to-market execution and optimization of locally relevant digital marketing activity across the entire digital customer journey, aligned to local Go-To-Market (GTM) and segment plans.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities are to promote the TRP brand, capabilities and value proposition via:

1. Manage digital content and campaigns, and improve digital experiences for the local websites:

  • Prepare content for digital delivery – liaise with stakeholders to understand what content is to be published or optimized for digital delivery
  • Execute content - manage content transfer, facilitate the review process and publish content in AEM, adhering to SEO guidelines 
  • Create thinking and campaign pages, integrating data capture forms to support Lead Generation and Inbound Marketing campaigns
  • Development of event landing pages and e-books
  • Post-publish of content – generate, communicate and present informed decisions based on analytics, to improve web presence, traffic and experience. Deliver metrics to measure the success factors and impacts

2. Support local digital initiatives, acting as local point of contact as part of the digital partnership model and management of the local digital journey across all digital touchpoints with clients. This also includes supporting local digital projects through gathering requirements, as well as stakeholder and project management

  • Support and deliver local email marketing campaigns via Adobe, reporting on the effectiveness and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency
  • Suggest design enhancements to feed marketing campaigns with interactive tools 
  • Provides consultation on social media strategy, including platforms that are appropriate for country and target audience type.
  • Sets up platform accounts on behalf of the market, develops and posts content and monitors engagement, sharing with Marketing, discussing and executing optimization ideas
  • Assist with paid media, including sponsored content on social and paid search
  • Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
  • Leverage local best practice for Southern Europe

The role shall interact with multiple stakeholders across the globe to perform the role, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Digital, Content and Compliance.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Analytical ability with good understanding of SEO, trends and best practice
  • Familiar with CMS systems, preferably AEM
  • Mix of technical, creative and marketing skills
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working in a client facing environment
  • Highly organized and proficient at working independently to manage tight deadlines
  • An effective and collaborative approach to working with global, distributed teams
  • Proven experience and effectiveness in stakeholder management
  • Basic project management skills
  • Keen to drive process improvement, where necessary
  • Languages: Italian (& Fluent English)
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of digital services and the complexities of distributing and maintaining digital content across different platforms
  • Experience in financial services, preferably asset management
