Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the State Street's eFX footprint in Japan and greater APAC region
  • Relationship management and support of existing local, regional and global eFX clients across Asset Manager, Asset Owner, Insurance, Official Institutions, Hedge Fund, Aggregator, Bank, Corporate sectors
  • Fulfill new client onboarding metrics and responsibilities
  • Marketing and knowledge of new eFX products launch to clients and vendors, including FX spot, forward, swaps, algo, eNDF, TCA
  • Liaison between ECN's, Prime Brokers, vendors
  • Provide secondary and tertiary support to local and regional Direct FX Sales staff sharing accountability for client relationships and business development to grow and enhance eFX volumes and revenues
  • Generate daily and monthly reports on FX business - conduct analysis on client's performance
  • Assist and coordinate client events/functions for SSGM FX
  • Ensure that we meet our regulatory expectations and strive to achieve Risk Excellence standards in conducting our business as per our compliance and market practice policies
  • Work collaboratively with the traders to maximize the value of the deal flow, communicating relevant information
  • Ensure a biannual review with accounts where you are the primary account manager to ensure our customers have the opportunity to provide feedback

Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • At least 4 years of strong market related experience
  • Strong communication skills in English, Japanese
  • Hands on, proactive, and timely response to requests
  • Mature and articulate communication with senior management team
  • Ability to work as a team member and demonstrate initiative for solutions
