Our client, a well-regarded AIFM Investment Management firm in Luxembourg, is looking to hire an office manager.

This role is a replacement, following the recent departure of the current office manager.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their local and international experience, working closely with the head of the Luxembourg office on a number of duties.


In this position, amongst other responsibilities, you will:

  • Manage external suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain and organise the office, handling post, screening calls and setting-up meeting
  • Organise office events, working closely with the head of the Luxembourg office
  • Manage some HR duties, including arranging rooms for interviews, managing the cheque repas process and ensuring insurance cover is in place
  • Manage the disaster recovery and evacuation processes
  • Ensure the office is compliant with all health and safety legislation
  • Work closely with the head of the office on other administrative matters


In order to qualify for this position, you will have:

  • Degree in office administration or in a related subject
  • You must have between 4-9 years’ experience in a similar office manager role in Luxembourg
  • Be extremely well organised, with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, verbal and writing is essential, with an additional European language considered a considered a plus
  • You must be able to work in Luxembourg, without being sponsored
