You will coordinate and supervise all the development and organisational projects of the Private Equity and Real Estate department. You will facilitate communication and discussion with the Front Office and other departments of the Pictet Group. This position will report directly to the Head of PE and Alternatives.

Mission

 

You will coordinate and supervise all the development and organisational projects of the Private Equity and Real Estate department. You will facilitate communication and discussion with the Front Office and other departments of the Pictet Group. This position will report directly to the Head of PE and Alternatives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinating and organising development projects;
  • Coordinating and organising organisational projects;
  • Setting deadlines and milestones and monitoring improvements;
  • Analysing and implementing operational improvements;
  • Acting as the a key contact person for our Front Office for new opportunities;
  • Working on Internal Audit and ISAE discussions;
  • Facilitating communication between various PE&RE teams;
  • Reporting regularly to your supervisor and the FPS ExCo.
Profile

 

  • University degree in either finance, economics, law or management;
  • 4-6 years' experience in a similar position or in depositary activities;
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg fund regulations.
  • Good knowledge of Alternative products; i.e.: PERE investments
  • Organized and precise in all aspects of your work.
  • Flexibile and willing to adapt to and manage the unexpected.
  • Ability to work in a team AND autonomously.
  • Management and organisational skills;
  • Fluent in English and French. Any other EU language would be an asset.
  • IT skills -> you are comfortable with MS software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • eFront / Avaloq experience is considered as an asset.
