Job Description
  • Formulate sales plan and targets for agency team and ensure they meet targets in the area of recruitment, persistency and new business.
  • Conduct regular visits to agency offices and selected branches to brief any relevant information, motivate, review performance and coach and counsel agents accordingly.
  • To ensure agents meet Minimum Qualitative Criteria (MQC) guideline
  • To plan, construct and coordinate yearly training calendar/ schedule based on the structured training programs requirement with the training team.
  • Develop and motivate agents to fully explore their potential.
  • Drive, lead and cultivate sales culture environment.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by Supervisor to meet operational and other requirements.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the insurance industry is required for this position.
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Customer focused and performance driven.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent language ability, presentation and writing skills.
