AVP , Group Digital Marketing Management, Strategic Digital
This is for Strategic Digital Team. Responsibilities
•\tDiploma/Bachelor or professional certification in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
•\tProven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
•\tPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational capabilities.
•\tDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
•\tHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•\tExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
•\tExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments
•\tSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
•\tPreferably working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
•\tExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
•\tStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•\tUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Requirements
•\tTo provide support in strategizing, planning & executing marketing plan on digital propositions developed by Strategic Digital Unit This includes all non-transactional digital media channels: Owned, Paid and Earned (Social Media).
•\tTo develop, conduct and analyse marketing & brand experiments at various stages of the product/service lifecyce
•\tTo align digital marketing efforts with overall Maybank Group digital media policies e.g. Group Social Media Policies and Guidelines, Group URL Strategy, Group Web Corporate Identity (CI).
•\tReport on the progress and position of the initiative/initiatives under purview to management
•\tMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•\tIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•\tBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies
•\tPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
•\tCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
