Process request on policy changes and reinstatement .
Prepare Letter of Requirement.
- For incomplete requests.
- To monitor and follow up until completion/close file.
Attend to enquiries (calls/emails).
Internal as well as external customers.
Provide prompt and accurate information/advice.
Ensure Suspense are adequately monitored.
Perform UAT for system enhancement.
Work on process improvement.
Any other duties as and when required by superior. Requirements:
