KPMG Malaysia Risk Management Department (RMD) assist the Risk Management Partner and the Ethics & Independence Partner with its focus to:

• Achieve KPMG Malaysia Risk Management's overall objective in implementing and facilitating compliance with KPMG policies and procedures, applicable laws, regulations and professional standards

• Work with the various business units within KPMG Malaysia on services contract and legal matters to ensure consistency in approach with internal risk management policies and commitment to compliance to laws and regulations

• Facilitate the ongoing development of risk management awareness among the professionals in legal, risk and compliance in conjunction with KPMG Malaysia Risk Management's goals and objectives

The role of the Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties and to run the RMD office efficiently.

Responsibilities :
- Takes and transcribe moderately complex and/or confidential dictation such as compiling reports, furnishing information, preparing agendas, responding to routine correspondence and researching background materials
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, logs and databases
- Providing information via the telephone and dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organizing and supervising filing systems, functional mailboxes and intranet page
- Assist the Head of Department and superiors in administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the smooth operations of the RMD office

Requirements :
- Should possess a Diploma in Secretarial studies, PSC or its equivalent
- At least 2 years' professional secretarial experience with strong administrative, and organizational skills
- Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multi-functional/routine tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to interact with the people at all levels
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Must be proficient (written and spoken) in English
- Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office and Internet savvy
- Able to handle private and confidential matters
