The Role Responsibilities

Business
  • The application he is supporting is part of Trade Business Domain
Processes
  • As a Production support team member, he/she should follow Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management processes
Governance
  • This position should manage end-to end production support of the given application including incident management, problem management, change management and SRM
Key Stakeholders
  • Operations, Product and Delivery Team

Other Responsibilities
He/She should responsible for the following: -
  • Analyse the Assigned production issues
  • Actively coordinate with production support team on burning issues
  • Get inputs from PSS team for assigned Jiras
  • Monitor on work assignments on Jira
  • Fix and update the production issues
  • To ensure that all JIRAs assigned for Sprint should complete on time
  • To support Week-end change related activities
  • To attend the comply with Scrum model of working
  • Actively coordinate with the team on distribution of workload
  • Help to look-into production queries if urgency is there
  • Work on Service Improvements proposed
  • Understand new monitoring requirements for the project change
  • Getting updates on the latest projects deployed
  • Attend walkthrough with the relevant stakeholders to understand the Project change
  • Ensure to get all project/change related artefacts and check-in the same in SharePoint which are required for future Audit purpose
  • To perform Batch Support after the completion of the change
  • Support BAU during General/Night/Afternoon shift
