Role Profile: This is a key globally focused role in the Human Resources team, specialising in HRIT. A key part of this role will be to act as the HRIT Super User for certain HR modules and be the lead coordinator between SAP, PG Technology team and internal stakeholders for technical resolutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about HRIT, with the ability to bridge technical requirements with user needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as SuccessFactor (SF) Super User for the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Goals and Performance, Time off and Compensation
  • Assess functional and technical change request as member of the Change Advisory Board
  • Support system related projects such as improvement of existing Performance / Development processes
  • Responsible for release updates from SAP, manage scheduled system upgrades and perform System acceptance testing for all modules
  • Implement bi-annual organizational changes (replication of new structure in the system) in close collaboration with Finance and IT
  • Coordinate instance refresh requests (PROD to TEST) with SAP
  • Manage role based permission concept, create new roles and groups including maintenance of documentation
  • Manage and build email notifications, alerts and workflows approvals
  • Maintain picklist values (job titles, job codes, etc)
  • Maintain Time off structure (upload of public holidays, holiday accrual and adjustment of local time profiles)
  • Import/export employee and position data and update system data (e.g. new salaries, job grading information, country specific address fields)
  • Maintain accurate process documentations and training material
  • Train and support Business and HR
  • Act as trouble shooter and coordinate with IT and SAP to solve incidents in regard to issues between SF, S4 HANA and PeopleDoc
  • Compose SuperUser manual and documentation of ticket support feedback
  • Act as SuperUser for our PeopleDoc (Document Management System) and PeopleAsk (Process Management System) platform
  • Design new processes and requests in PeopleAsk to support employee life cycles (on- / offboarding of employees)

What we expect
  • 10 - 15 years of experience of working with HR systems, 3-5 years with Peoplesoft / SuccessFactors / SAP is pre-requisite, PeopleDoc knowhow a plus
  • Project management experience in HR system implementations would be a plus
  • Ability to competently operate HR services technology
  • Strong analytical skills; cross-linked thinking
  • Ability to work constructively with partners on HR technology matters
  • Ability to work in a time pressured, multi-cultural and international team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
