ServiceNow Technical Consultant/ Developer
  • ServiceNow Admin Certificate or additional equivalent experience;
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects;
  • End to End SDLC development and delivery experience on ServiceNow;
  • ServiceNow development skills (including JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Web services);
  • ServiceNow administration and configuration skills;
  • Understanding of Agile SDLC methodology;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • The ability to work autonomously and deliver quality ServiceNow Solution;
  • English advanced level, both written and spoken;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Travel mobility (in Poland as well as abroad).

Your future role

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions;
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of ServiceNow deliverables;
  • Provide technical skillset for the ServiceNow capability from a design, development, standards and documentation viewpoint;
  • Adhere to appropriate change management applied to production deployments;
  • Determine software issues requiring vendor resolution work and work with vendors to resolve those issue;
  • Develop technical specs for use by other team members.

Technology Strategy & Architecture team advises Deloitte's clients how to leverage new technologies to effectively support business and enable innovative development. We develop IT strategies and help to plan complex IT transformation programs. We support clients in selection of best solutions covering end to end IT architecture (including CRM, BPM, core systems, integration platforms and Omnichannel Front End solutions covering not only Web but also mobile). We collaborate closely with other Deloitte teams (e.g. Digital, eCommerce) and leading technology vendors (e.g. SalesForce, Temenos). Our key clients are international banks.
