CFS, Loyalty Programme Manager
As the Loyalty Programme Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be given the opportunity to perform a broad set of rewards, merchant portfolio and digital platform management activities to support and sustain the on-going operations of the bank's loyalty programmes and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day liaison lead for all matters relating to the bank's rewards programmes and customers
2. Work closely with various functional teams like customer service, IT, card operations etc to ensure a positive customer and merchant experience; and to ensure smooth running of rewards-related operations
3. Monitor, analyse and report on the rewards portfolio performances, funding rates, in-flow/out-flow trends
4. Leverage on data to put forward product and process improvements and/or opportunities
5. Perform merchant contract renewals, negotiations and administration
6. Support on bank's loyalty initiatives
7. Managing both internal and external stakeholders' relationships
8. Ensure compliance to both regulatory and internal bank processes
9. Training for both internal and external partners as and when required

Qualifications
1. 3 to 4 years' experience in a rewards related role
2. Adaptable and ability to work well both in a dynamic team environment
3. Ability to effectively handle concurrent tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
4. Organized and possess good project and time management skills
5. Self-starter and proactive
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Banking background would be an advantage but not mandatory
