Cash Management & Trade Finance Processing Officer (6 months' contract)

For Remittance:

  • Processing of the day-to-day Cash Management operations in Singapore and Hong Kong entity, comprises incoming, outgoing transfers, deposit placements, cheques and egiro transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Cash Management transactions
  • Knowledge of local (MAS) and international Anti-Money laundering guidelines pertaining to sanctions monitoring and compliance
  • Payment investigation & reconciliation experience
  • Deliver professional and reliable service to internal and external customers with a sense of urgency

For Trade:
  • To process transactions for assigned clients/products of OPER/FIN/TCF and ensure that daily transactions are processed accurately and promptly in accordance with UCP/URC/ISBP/URC/URR/ISP rules and bank's laid down procedures.
  • Knowledge in document checking in accordance with the current UCP latest revisions would be an added advantage.
  • Understanding of ISBP
  • Ensure smooth work flow and cut off time are met.
  • To deliver quality back office support to business line and customers.


Key Skill Areas & Knowledge Required:
  • Sound knowledge of:-

- SWIFT payment and receipt rules
- MEPS payments
- EGIRO payments, cheques and direct debit clearing
- UCPDC 600. ISBP, URC 522, URR 725, ISP 98
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Effective writing & communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Active team player and able to handle work pressures
  • Proactive
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Diploma, "O" or "A" level with at least 1-2 years' experience
