What it's about
You will be a part of Partners Group's Investment Operations team and your main responsibility will be to ensure complete and reliable filing of documents across the platform and with a particular focus on investment related documents. You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to filing of investment documents in connection with our Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Debt investments as well as actively contribute to development of our execution process.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the firm's work to ensure reliable filing and sharing of documents.
  • Oversee and further develop filing related processes, systems and controls.
  • Train internal teams and ensure global compliance to processes.
  • Manage the Global Filing Team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Act as a contact point for sharing documents with external stakeholders like the depositories, auditors and clients

What we expect
  • University degree, with emphasis on Accounting, Law Finance or Business administration.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience from document management.
  • Team management experience.
  • General understanding of investment related documents and investment structures.
  • Good understanding of technology and systems.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience from the asset management or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, able to complete tasks down to the details within tight deadlines. Sets a very high standard for own work and that of others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and proactive, solution oriented mentality.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Clear career vision: understanding of the firm's business and industry.
