Customer Due Diligence / KYC Officer (AM/M), OSPL - Client Onboarding

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Handle regulatory checks relating to opening of new accounts, maintaining and reviewing documentation on existing accounts
  • Responsible for new client account verification and executing checks on existing accounts due to changes and maintenance (e.g. address changes) or triggered by significant events
  • Liaise and follow up with internal stakeholders (such as TRs/Customer Service) on documentation and verification
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and UAT
Reporting to:
  • AVP, Client Onboarding


Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Degree in Banking & Finance
  • Preferably with relevant experience in a compliance/control portfolio
  • Able to work well independently with minimal guidance
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge in securities products and stock market would be advantageous
