- Global Wholesale Bank - Continued Growth - Proactive Risk Management
Our client is a dynamic global bank invested in Asia growth and highly committed to investing in technology and innovation. There is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic risk leader to drive the bank's efforts in managing the Fraud risk.
This is a strategic role to deliver and implement a sound anti-fraud risk strategy. Managing a team, you will play a key role in managing the Fraud Risk Management Program across the businesses and region. You will recommend innovative solutions to manage, assess, monitor and mitigate these key risks, as well as play a key role in promoting and sustaining a culture of strong controls mindset. You will also run the fraud investigations and surveillance unit, to consistently drive a seamless and automated way of managing risk. This is a critical role where you work with senior management to enforce a strong fraud policy, code of conduct and whistle-blowing policy.
You are a degree qualified with strong Fraud risk leadership experience gained in global financial institutions. Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the bank operates in. Comprehensive knowledge of fraud risk policies, processes and controls required for effective fraud risk management. Prior investigation experience will be an advantage. Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills will be essential. Ability to build agreements with key stakeholders, including Risk Leadership, to execute against goals and outcomes. Understands the financial standards and controls related to integrated work processes within and among multiple lines of business, legal entities and/or geographic regions
