Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources COE, you will lead the design and development of the group's strategic learning strategies, framework, programs and curriculum for employees (executive to leadership levels) aligned to the organisation's vision and business goals. You will design and deliver innovative and creative solutions for its diverse global employee population, working with learning operations and service providers on delivery. You will be a subject matter expert, providing current market insights and driving adoption of best-in-class learning and development practices of the future.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading future focused learning strategies, framework and program development, gained in progressive global organisations. You have strong experience in both design and implementation working closely with business leaders and HR business partners. You are a progressive learning leader with strong expertise in current and emerging learning best practices, who is strategic yet hands on, with strong presentation and influencing skills.
