Job Description:
  • Technical knowledge in HNW medical and financial underwriting
  • Liaise and negotiate with insurer(s) and partner(s) on underwriting requirements and fulfillment
  • Ability to coordinate appointments between clients, bankers, specialists, clinics, hotels and other supporting partners
  • Perform sales quality and documentation checks/supervisions
  • Handle submissions and issuances of insurance applications and provide administrative support and services pre- and post- policy issuances
  • Handle insurance documentations, administration and processes including, but not limited to, claims, policy changes
  • Ensure smooth coordination with insurance providers and internal teams (e.g. learning academy) as well as logistic arrangements for insurance-related trainings and events
  • Perform MIS on data such as Leads, Submission and Issuance, etc. (knowledge in MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint required)
  • Support Product Managers to drive product launch and increase product penetration, such as: Training coordination
  • Filing of necessary team documentations for future audit purposes
  • Manage all activities to ensure that they are compliant with Local regulations, policies and procedures
  • Any other business as required by the department


Role Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Holder, preferably with insurance knowledge
  • Excellent in MS office applications, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent people and project management skills and ability to independently deal with people from all levels in complex and challenging situations
