Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking to hire a Lead Researcher to join our Singapore team. Reporting into the Head of Delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to sell and offer exciting job opportunities to Tech candidates. The majority of HackerTrail’s mandates are secured exclusively as we are the partner of choice for technical team build outs.

 

What Does a Day in the Life of a Lead Researcher Look Like?

 

You will work closely with the Account Manager to define the best search strategy to identify top talent for the client.

 

You will be offered all the resources and tools that will help you with candidate sourcing including but not limited to:

-       Access to HackerTrail proprietary software, database and tools

-       Access to various channels to run digital marketing campaigns to drive more talent to the jobs

-       Access to an international team of sourcers

 

In this role you will be responsible for the qualification of identified candidates and delivery of an outstanding shortlist to the client within assigned time frame. We love someone to challenge the status quo and pitch new and innovative search tactics that will improve delivery. While powered by tech, we want to show our human side and give our candidates a great experience during the recruitment process.

 

 

To succeed in this role, you should

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a recruitment agency in a researching / sourcing capability of technical roles (developers, architects, product managers, architects etc)
  • Demonstrate a systematic approach in candidate and market mapping.
  • Be highly proficient in using Boolean search strings, LinkedIn RPS and other available search tools.
  • Show creativity in direct sourcing, generating names, headhunting and converting passive candidates into active candidates.
  • Comfortable managing multiple search assignments
  • Be extremely organized and pay attention to details
  • Have a growth mindset and be a fast learner
  • Be a great team player with a flexible and positive attitude
