Monitor, track and report on the status of project deliverables to ensure time, cost and quality metrics are in line with approved project plans; as well as to provide post-implementation support and resolutions.
Prepare and maintain end-to-end project documentation, system & process manuals,register for issues & resolutions and any other relevant materials for the project as well as for daily operations of the team.
Contribute to the development of extended and future project plans, under the guidance of the team.
Conduct and participate in the various test stages of the project and compile all the test results for documentation, including stress tests, pre-live tests and actual migrations
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse data in relation to business cases and project deliverables to optimise system and application capabilities
Support the daily operations of the department's systems and applications, including review of exceptions generated from batches and resolve issues, run queries and extract data for reporting and analytic purposes etc
Take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with project management process is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills Meticulous and possess good level of attention to details.

Able to meet stringent timelines.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel VBA and SQL is an advantage
Working experience in financial institution or project management capacity. Fresh graduates may also apply.
