Performing full spectrum of receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and meeting arrangement.
Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
General office administration includes but not limited to managing office equipment and facilities maintenance, office and company stationery supplies ordering, pantry replenishment and mail distribution.
Tidy and maintain the reception area. Knowledgeable in IT troubleshoot will be an added advantage.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Coordinate couriers and postage. Sorting and distributing post.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office and pantry equipment.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Submit Medical claim forms (Sealed) to AIA weekly and validate parking tickets.
Update organizational contact details in zoom.
Update on the meter reading for both Fuji Xerox machine.
