Senior Associate / Associate, Specialist, Innovation, DBS Transformation Group
The Transformation Group reports to the Group Head of Strategy and Planning who supports the CEO and senior management team on the implementation of the Group's strategic agenda, including working with the businesses and functions to drive strategic initiatives across geographies.

Facilitate and lead ideation and requirement gatherings sessions with users to understand their needs; structure project approach and solutions with the sponsors Engage external partners (VCs, Accelerators, Government etc.) and the startup ecosystem for potential collaborations on proof-of-concept projects with emerging technologies Analyze business models, startups (due diligence), and trends; evaluate and recommend suitable start-ups as per problem statements; analyze business case and partnership model for commercial engagements Work closely and lead discussions with internal stakeholders (business, control units and technology teams) to drive proof-of-concepts and implementation of fintech projects Lead program management for projects involving start-ups to facilitate collaborations between departments, knowledge transfer, and process improvements for experimentation Collaborate with regional teams on regional FinTech projects Evangelize startup engagements and the programs internally and externally Understand what the business wants to achieve Find the right startup that can help Craft & negotiate a Proof-of-Concept / Minimum-Viable-Product Time box and project manage the PoC till deployment (if successful) in a few months Work with regional teams Spread the good word about startups Requirements
