Your Role

The tools used by the Relationship Manager plays a critical role in helping the RMs connect and service their customers in an effective manner. In this role, you will be responsible for reimagining the RM mobility tool to include " next-best-interactions" for investment & insurance based on customer profiles & external triggers. For this role, you will need to possess good communication skills to work with / influence stakeholders and have the ability to translate data and numbers into usable insights.

Responsibilities
  • To help ideate and implement the revamped and reimagined RM tools
  • Work with business stakeholders, understand the existing behavioural patterns and data within the current RM mobility platform to shape the new RMM+
  • Develop and establish a successful collaboration model with the business, design, delivery and technology teams


Requirements
  • Past experience in Sales will be advantageous
  • Be passionate about delivering employee value through deep understanding of the employee job-to-be-done
  • Good eye for details
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans / journeys for the employee
  • Experience in building strong and effective relationships with key partners within and outside the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
