About the Department
The Group Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance - Financial Strategy
The Financial Strategy Division collaborates closely with business units and countries to develop balance sheet and capital strategies of the Group. We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable capital structure and funding outcomes to meet regulatory requirements and to enable the Group's business growth strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be part of the Financial Strategy Capital Management team
  • Support the efficient delivery of regulatory submissions and disclosures on Group and Bank's capital positions
  • Assist to coordinate and manage the Group-wide ICAAP, and other capital simulation exercises
  • Develop management dashboards to monitor capital consumption across business segments and countries
  • Perform sensitiviity analysis to evaluate forecast of Group and Bank capital levels
  • Support business units in assessing the capital implications of business growth strategies and investment opportunities
  • Participate in Basel 4 project implementation

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
  • Sound knowledge of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital rules
  • Experience in capital management and planning activities will be an advantage
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage various internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to organize and priortize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
