We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Group Collaboration Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for generating quality introductions to HSBC Private Banking from other business units like Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Taking the lead in the internal marketing responsibilities and acting as the central point of contact for Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking colleagues in designated countries in Southeast Asia
  • Accurately appraising introductions, and in conjunction with the Country Marketing Head, identifying the most appropriate Private Bank Relationship Manager to handle the referral
  • Undertaking joint portfolio reviews with relevant Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking Relationship Managers, and monitoring referral level results in order to adjust marketing output accordingly
  • Providing support to the Head of IntraGroup Sales and Country Marketing Heads in the delivery of strategic partnership plans


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and strong years of relevant experience in financial services
  • Broad knowledge of wealth management service offerings, with experience in managing personal wealth preferred
  • Proven track record in a sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage other business stakeholders
  • Confident and with excellent presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Retail Banking and Wealth Management and Commercial Banking working culture is advantageous
