Specialist Technical Support
SIX is the provider for the Swiss market for repurchase agreements. The Swiss Value Chain encompasses the trading and post-trading of these contracts. Our client uses and trusts SIX to provide this infrastructure for its open market operations. In addition, SIX offers extensive capabilities for collateral management, securities lending & borrowing and triparty services for the issuance of collateralized structured products. These services are run by a small and lean team of highly specialized experts who provide the support and develop the products.

Main duties
  • provide technical support and 1st level trouble shooting
  • hold customer trainings and work on diverse projects
  • manage technical documentations and libraries
  • support IT-changes, releases and technical information
  • ensure smooth technical business continuity
  • maintain and monitor participant connectivity


Your profile
  • educational IT background or degree in computer sciences
  • 2- 5 years working experience in a similar role as an interface between IT and business
  • experienced in process automatization
  • experienced with SWIFT messages and troubleshooting
  • proficient in any programming language of Python, Java, JavaScript, C++
  • very good command of German and English
