Quality Assurance Regulatory Reporting Manager
  • The Quality Assurance Regulatory Reporting team aims to provide best in class services that enable Citi to meet their transaction reporting obligations.
  • As Manager of the Quality Assurance Regulatory Reporting team, the candidate will be primarily responsible for oversight and management of the quality assurance processes ensuring the regulatory reporting to relevant NCA's is complete, accurate and timely.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that relevant reconciliations / reviews are performed, investigating breaks / exceptions identified during that process and tracking those breaks / exceptions to closure
  • The reconciliations are completed across all reportable asset classes and include completeness, accuracy and timeliness validation.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and performing adhoc deep dive reviews as and when required
  • The candidate will be responsible for clear and transparent reporting of the output of these reconciliations to senior management and presenting results at relevant Steering committees.
  • As manager of the Quality Assurance team you will collaborate with managers from the BAU Reporting and Regulatory Change teams to understand BAU processes and any Change that impacts regulatory reporting. You will be required to oversee and perform reviews of BAU processes identifying and highlight risks / process enhancements
  • The candidate will also be required to input into the strategic rollout of Quality Assurance processes across multiple regulations improving and extending existing methodologies across automated solutions.
  • The role involves building strong internal relationships with key contacts within the business, middle office, technology, compliance, legal and other operations teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate to all levels of the organization is critical to this role.

  • Previous banking relevant experience, strong industry knowledge
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to persuade and influence others; may negotiate with external parties.
  • Senior level experience in a related role commensurate people management experience.

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
