·To join an established team which recruits for senior and junior level hires across Asset & Wealth Management.
·You will be expected to work closely with team leaders, providing market research and mapping across a variety of disciplines within Financial Services.
·Relationship management and networking is an important part of this role and you’ll be expected to develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
·You will be sourcing candidates through job boards, job advertisements and LinkedIn.
·Once you become competent, face to face to face meetings in London will become an important part of your role – travel expenses will be paid.
·This is an opportunity to work under senior consultants with multiple years’ experience in recruitment and Financial Services.

·A graduate looking to get into Recruitment or 6-12 months in a customer service role, ideally within financial services.
·Strong customer service skills/professional telephone manner.
·Good overall communication skills (telephone, face to face, email).
