The client is one of the most well sought after international multi asset investors with an AUM in the billions. They are seeking an Analyst to complement the infrastructure private equity team which consists of top tier investors, bankers and financiers. The team has a somewhat flexible and opportunistic mandate across infrastructure private equity.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Research, analysis and execution of international infrastructure investments
- Building complex financial models of potential investments and perform complex underwriting of investments
- Produce thorough investment memorandums to present to the committee
- Monitoring of the current portfolio investments
YOUR PROFILE: - Relevant experience in infrastructure M&A / leveraged finance, ideally from a top tier bank, boutique or infrastructure asset manager or advisory firm
- Sound skills in research, analysis, modelling and documentation of infrastructure transactions
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate and persuade key stakeholders
- Strong academics from a top tier institution
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work in a small team, and adaptable to liaise with various third parties
