Job Purpose


Act as a key interface with clients and prospects for all non-investment matters including reporting. Coordinate client queries internally with the relevant specialist teams and provide proactive pre-and after-sales support to clients and prospects. Assist Client Capital Group with capital raising initiatives


Key Accountabilities
• Manage client queries
• Assist the Middle Office & Fund Administration teams when client communication is required
• Manage all reporting queries and review reporting 
• Help to prepare for client meetings, due diligence visits, etc
• Manage client incidents and complaints
• Administer client data in our systems
• Prepare invitation lists for client events and roadshows
• Research client information
 
Education/Qualifications 
• Bachelors degree preferable
• Degree with specialisation or master in Finance or Real Estate advantageous
Experience
• Experience in a client service, sales, marketing, onboarding or other client related role
• Good understanding of investments across alternative asset classes and markets
• Experience using PowerPoint and Excel as well as Word
• Proven coordination skills and ability to work across countries
• Salesforce experience desirable (or similar CRM)

Knowledge and Skills
• A strong organiser, co-ordinator and communicator
• A team player 
• Fluent English mandatory
