The role will sit within a wider Cross Asset Financing desk where the bank is especially successful working across a range of opportunities including Equity Finance and broad Structured finance deals.
They have identified NAV fund Finance as a key growth opportunity so are seeking a Director who will take a lead on structuring NAV transactions whilst also being adaptable enough to work on other trades on the desk where required.
Candidates will need a strong NAV fund finance background allied to the adaptability and desire to work in a broader team and where appropriate play a role on more varied trades.
