Embed an innovative and cost-effective approach to learning and development across the organisation, and create a continuous development culture.
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to design an innovative and engaging on-boarding program.
This role would suit an experienced L&D leader ready to take on a truly unique challenge.
You will have experience of owning and building an L&D function in a fast paced environment.
Understanding of the entire Talent Life Cycle is essential, from initial hiring to senior leader development and the key processes and governance within the cycle.
To be successful in this role you will bring a passion for organisational learning and be seen as a subject matter expert with strong influencing skills and stakeholder management experience.
