investor Relations - Investment Management - CRM - Client Management We are recruiting a contract Investor Relations Associate (AVP Level) on behalf of a boutique asset manager. This person will focus on maintaining relationships and responses for the needs of existing investors within Europe, Middle East and

The role requires the ability to analyse, question and prepare information which can be presented to investors. In particular, it requires strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) achieve deadlines, ability to multi-task as well as attention to detail. It will suit individuals with a strong client service orientation.

Key Duties
  • Provide accurate, thoughtful and timely responses to client queries
  • Respond to client due diligence requests
  • Build rapport and liaison with internal team members and fund administrators to build a knowledge base to enable autonomous responses to client queries
  • Partner with team administrator to ensure accuracy of client data across systems (i.e CRM)
  • Maintain CRM with meeting notes and client data
  • Prepare content and design of client communications (i.e invitations, mailings)
  • Assist with organising and executing the investor conference including but not limited to support event production, liaison and co-ordination with 3rd party vendors, assisting with content production, sourcing of speakers, attendance and hosting on the day
  • Action investor relations initiatives (i.e. manage quarterly calls)
  • Action as appropriate Investor Relations queries
  • Host client & operational due diligence meetings in London
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience within asset management, preferably in an Investor Relations capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to be pro-active in resolving issues
  • Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Use of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce will be advantageous
  • Familiarity with operation of open and closed ended fund vehicles and investor practices
  • University Degree
  • IMC or CAIA or desire to work towards
