The CD&S 'Retail' Manager will help grow volumes and participation in CME Group Futures and Options from new and existing distribution partners across the EMEA region. Responsibilities will include developing relationships with new clients and managing existing ones. The CD&S Retail Manager role will be expected to assess new opportunities and prioritize effectively. Candidate is also responsible for structuring and executing effective account plans and sales campaigns. Must have ability to travel, up to 25% of time.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Managing a portfolio of assigned Target, Growth, and/or Key (existing or prospective) clients.
• Independently developing relationships with senior-level individuals at prospective firms.
• Leveraging data sources to track, analyze and report performance against key metrics and activities.
• Diligently and consistently recording activity in CRM system.
• Participating in live and online events to educate customers.
• Providing input into country specific strategies.

Skills & Software Requirements:
Entrepreneurial
Comfortable with public speaking
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of Database programs
Familiarity with the retail online trading business
Team work - Collaborate with multiple teams across the enterprise
A thorough understanding of digital and online marketing tools
