We here at FactSet are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual that can make a large impact in our Nordic Sales Team.

The Nordic Sales team is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet’s buy and sell side accounts across the Nordics, Baltics and Russia. There are currently 20 plus members of the team, responsible for more than $ 25 million in ASV and 170 clients. The team has established FactSet as a key player in the region and the prospects for growth are significant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate ASV through existing business upsell and new client acquisitions
  • Create and cultivate relationships with decision-makers and C-level in assigned accounts
  • Implement, manage and close trials
  • Identify new ASV opportunities across FactSet’s entire suite of solutions
  • Assist with planning, coordination & execution of sales strategy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to accelerate sales effort. (SBU, Marketing, PD etc)
  • Use CRM tools to manage activity and pipeline
  • Mentor and coach junior team members

 

Requirements:

  • Strong performance in current and previous roles
  • Enthusiasm, desire to succeed and a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of FactSet’s products and the competitive landscape
  • Strong client-facing & analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidence and composure in stressful situations
  • Willingness to travel
