Wide transactional experience is welcome - this team spans Oil & Gas, Energy Transition and the associated infrastructure. They work on mid-market to multi-billion transactions in a variety of regions. They offer high expsosure to clients and deals and an pride themselves on their entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities will centre on:
- You will be responsible for the management of live transactions and be involved in business development activities (initially envisage 80% execution and 20% origination), as the selected individual grows into an originator
- You will oversee the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
- Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
- Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
