*Acting as Relationship Manager for Institutional and Retail Clients, expanding their existing business and responding to client requests as required.
*Contacting every new customer and performing initial retention calls.
*Contacting dormant, non-dormant and new clients in accordance with fluctuating business targets.
*Chasing customers who have been active for 30 days and not funded or traded or funded not traded.
*Trades and orders over the phone for customers.
*Dealing with client trade and product queries, received directly from clients, or as transferred by Client Services team.
*Supporting the Market Making Trade team during peak volume times and in their absence.
*Actively seek market intelligence/data and keep up to date with market events, delivering factual market information and data to the retail client base.
Skills and experience
*2 years + of working experience at a CFD / spread betting platform provider/broker.
*Relationship management - manage a portfolio of clients and take trades on behalf of the clients.
*Ideally knowledge of FX, indices, Equities, Bonds and Commodities.
*Sales experience is preferred.
*Ideally, Degree educated
